  7. Coordinate with the lender to ensure the loan is on track and processing within contract timelines
  8. Coordinate with the Title company to ensure title work is processing within the contract timelines
  9. Review the preliminary settlement statement for accuracy
  10. Coordinate a settlement time and location convenient to the seller
  11. Attend settlement
